The challenge presented this month by @girlcarnivore was to incorporate the following ingredients:
Matt made a ground chuck patty basted with Guinness barbecue sauce. He topped it with slow-cooked Guinness corned beef, Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese (a house favorite!), cabbage slaw, housemade Guinness aioli, atop seasoned French fries on an onion bun.
Since we met a hundred years ago, Guinness is a staple in our house. We even have been to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin for a tour and tasting of our favorite beer.
This was a fun, tasty challenge to work on!
